Nurse Kay's Big Glow Up

Nurse Kay - and you can guess why she goes by that name - has been appearing on Femout since 2022 and a popular model, she came to the TEAs in March 2026, and looked great, with a cool personality and sexy look, but nobody in the offices was prepared for this glow-up when Moe's latest sets dropped on our desks. So good in-fact, that she bypassed Grooby Girls and her main site debut is here. Obviously the boobs are new, and what a nice look they are, but it's not just that, it's her overall look, her aesthetics, the new very sexy (and classy) haircut and the confidence that she's projecting through the shots, which makes her even sexier, and more desirable. Any outdoor content is generally going to show the girls at the best, so I love when a producer can get someone outside, and you can really get a good sense of Nurse Kay from the start of this shoot, and then get to sit back and enjoy watching that body as she strips down and plays with herself in the rest of the set. A really great debut for this site, and I love seeing the girls who started on Femout move up into the other sites. Let's hope for more!
