Rate My Butt

I'm the girl who knows she has a great ass, and I know that's what a lot of guys are looking for. It's not just genetics (and a good amount of estrogen), but I've got to work on it! It comes from making sure I eat a load of great proteins - which is just as well, as I love my steak, and then a combination of using the step machine in the gym, weighted squats, and twice weekly cardio in 'Big Butt Training' to make sure my gluteus maximus is at its maximus. Finding the perfect pants (tight around the ass but slacker further down) helps - and of course, for a guy who gets under that, a night tight pair of expensive panties, and he's rock hard before he's even touched me. I'll bend over, thrust my big ass in the air, and invite him to do his work.
